Set up Mifos with test data that matches Tally installation (example: CoA,
Branch Office names, etc) e.g. 1 mfi with 10 branches that has loans/savings.
include ability to keep data upgraded as schema changes

2. Maintain dataset, keep in sync with Mifos data set changes
