{{resources/scripts/schemaspy.sh}} generates
https://ci.mifos.org/hudson/job/schemadoc-head-master/ . This job is breaking
since we moved to non-sequential database upgrades (see MIFOS-2896).
* fix the script to work with the new database schema
* maintain the functionality where new schema diagrams are only generated if
the schema has changed
** one idea here is to use the MD5 or SHA-1 hash of
{{application/src/main/sql/upgrades.txt}} (reachable from
{{~hudson/hudson-home/jobs/head-master/workspace/application/src/main/sql/upgrades.txt}}
from within {{schemaspy.sh}}
