All,
I thought I figured out how KMBI was triggering "Disbursal failed. This loan
may have been disbursed elsewhere.", by hitting cancel when looking at the CSE
but I was just able to trigger it again with new accounts and I did not touch
the CSE at all.
I do not have a repro yet but I wanted to raise this. I'm very concerned that
we are going to potentially start seeing this pop up a lot with KMBI once they
rollout, so I've opened this up for tracking purposes.
At a high level, this is what I did (but not sure what triggered the disbursal).
1. Created a new center with a meeting date of today
2. Created a new client and created a loan to be disbursed today, but did not
disburse
3. Created two other new clients
4. Created loans for other two clients using bulk loan creation
5. Approved the other two clients loans with bulk approval
6. Disbursed the other two clients loans
7. Tried to disburse the other clients loan and got the disbursal error.
