Jeff, its is a completely seperate issue alright so i think you should close
this off and verify.
The reason you are seeing this issue is most likely down to 'multiple
currencies' in the secdep data so if you run the query that you added in one of
the comments above and enter the correct customer_id of the account that is
causing the problem, it should come back with multiple rows i.e. some payments
made with currency x, and others with curreny y.
