The issue with the column name binding is only with the General Ledger Report.
The report that Jeff has attached is the correct report of post-1.5 users.
If any user is experiencing parameter error with any other report, it might
have to do with wrong database setting.
We should add the fixed report to the 1.6.1.
To make report working for pre-1.5 users we can add instructions that they
should backup(download) and then reupload the report so that it get saved at
upload location (.mifos/upload by default) and then upgrade to 1.6.1 so that it
upgrade will not affect their version of report. Or we can point them to the
pre-1.5 report from repository and they can upload that one.
