Eclipse WTP breaks when git branch is switched

For some reason, when one switches from one Git branch to another, Eclipse WTP
breaks until a full build is done. This impedes development speed. Adam Monson
has also confirmed the bug. My initial assertion is that WTP is using some jars
that only get built when a full build done.
Workaround: duplicate your clones on your filesystem for each branch that you
work on.
