While merging changes for MIFOS-3752, it was discovered that 2 acceptance tests
in CollectionSheetEntryCustomerAccountTest:
clientAccountFeesSavedToDatabase
unpaidFeeDisplayedOnSecondCollectionSheetEntryAndSaved
used or verified against incorrect data. They are currently disabled and need
to be re-enabled after being fixed.
The fix in MIFOS-3752, fills in missing recurring customer fees and corrects
some of the values in these tests. In clientAccountFeesSavedToDatabase, the
values entered into the collection sheet have been fixed, but the data set that
it validates against is incorrect.
Investigation is still needed for
unpaidFeeDisplayedOnSecondCollectionSheetEntryAndSaved to know whether values
that are entered need to be corrected and/or whether a data set validated
against needs to be corrected.
