Jakub Sławiński updated MIFOS-3802:
-----------------------------------

    Description:
If the client has more than one loan account of the same type:
 - one with some due amount
 - second with some amount to disburse

then the validation is omitted. This means that you can enter completely random
values and the loans are paid/disbursed.

The above scenario is shown on the attached screenshots:
 1. issue_3802_1.png: Client "Stu1233266053368 Client1233266053368" has three
loans of the same type:
    - one with due amount: 3003
    - one with due amount: 2013
    - one with amount to disburse: 2000

 2. issue_3802_2.png: It is possible to enter different values than the
pre-populated ones.
 3. issue_3802_3.png: There is no validation, so the entered invalid amounts
are passed to the next page.
 4. issue_3802_4.png: Collection sheet data is successfully entered.
