1. After migrating the surveys for Client/Group/Center/Savings/Loan on the
'Define new Surveys' page the 'Survey applies to' list still contains the name
of migrated category (client/group/center/savings/loan).
2. After migrating the surveys for Client/Group/Center/Savings/Loan the
migrated category (client/group/center/savings/loan) and surveys within it are
still visible on the 'View surveys' page.
