Almost all acceptance criteria from MIFOS-3458 for Group/Center/Loan/Savings
are fulfilled except:
- Survey which belongs to a particular state (active/inactive) after migration
doesn't belong to the same state. New issue has been created for that bug
MIFOS-3814
- Questions within the survey which belong to a particular state
(active/inactive) after migration don't belong to the same state. New issue has
been created for that bug MIFOS-3814
- When a question group with the title of migrating survey already exists and
survey and Question Group belong to different flows:
1. The present survey is migrated (but shouldn't be).
2. There isn't any validation message like "A question group with same title
already belongs to a different flow" (but should be). New issue has been
created for that bug MIFOS-3815
- When a question group with the title of migrating survey already exists and
one of the questions within the survey cannot be migrated due to some invalid
attributes, the entire survey is still migrated (but shouldn't be). New issue
has been created for that bug MIFOS-3815
- After migrating the surveys for group/center/savings/loan on the 'Define new
Surveys' page the 'Survey applies to' list still contains the name of migrated
category (group/center/savings/loan). New issue has been created for that bug

- If migration of any survey instance fails the migration of only that survey
instance should be skipped, not the whole survey. But actually the migration
process stops after it encounters an invalid attribute in a survey question and
the rest of the questions in that survey and the other surveys (which should be
migrated after that survey with invalid attribute) are not migrated. New issue
has been created for that bug MIFOS-3816
