Disabled buttons after adding tag in Smart Select questions

I want to create a Smart Select question. First I add all answers and then I
fill in the tag fields for every answer. After that I want to add those tags.
So I click on the 'Add tag >>' button for the first answer and then the 'Add
tag >>' buttons for the rest answers are being disabled. See attached
screenshot.
Note: To enable disabled 'Add tag >>' button you should enter any character
into tag field.
