Holiday page not wide enough for "Applies To" column

The View Holiday page doesn't have the branch office column displayed on the
same row as the rest of the holiday info. Need adjust the columns to allow all
information to display across a single row.
See attached screenshot and note first holiday applies to is "srf finance ltd"
right below the From Date.
