There is another holiday which starts at 10.10.2010 and ends 10.11.2010 and
this is the reason this error is shown. However this holiday is misplaced on
the 'holidays list'. It is closer to the top, between holidays in May, which is
strange. After changing this holiday in db to start 10.10.2010 and end
11.10.2010, everything works fine. So the only problem I see here is wrong
place on the list of this second holiday. There is an old bug in jira:
http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-1401 and the question is: are we
opening new issue or an old one needs to be reopened?
