Deployment: KMBI
Description:
KMBI has declined to use Mifos feature for awarding interest. They have come
up with a new way.
When they want to award a client interest, they will make a Deposit and select
a payment type of "Interest Posting".
When determining interest awarded to a client, willy only account for deposits
with the type "Interest Posting". Should also make sure any adjustments made
are handled correctly.
All other calculations dealing with deposits should not include any
transactions made with payment type of "Interest Posting".
Withdrawals will never be used with payment type of "Interest Posting"

interest turned on... Where is this coming from?
Anyways, looking at the mockup, there is some clear confusion. Need to clear
this up with KMBI first.
