Evaluate using Selenium 2.0 with WebDriver for Mifos acceptance tests. Mifos
doesn't have the complicated AJAX UI elements that might require WebDriver
today, but we should look at moving to Selenium 2.0 for these reasons:
- it's the go-forward supported Selenium version
- it might be faster
- more flexibility as UI gets enahanced
- more browser support
