Empty field is causing an error on 'Shutdown' page

On the 'Shutdown' page, when you leave 'Schedule in' field empty and click
'Start shutdown' button, the page with an error appears (See attached
screenshot 1).
When you open a 'Shutdown' page again there are no buttons and error appears
(See attached screenshot 2).
