Verified on 14.10.2010
Almost all criteria are fulfilled except:
1. There is an error page appears after leaving blank space in 'Schedule in'
field and clicking 'Start shutdown'. New issue has been created for that bug
MIFOS-3927
2. After entering char into 'Schedule in' field and clicking 'Start shutdown' a
validation message appears in black font instead of red font. New issue has
been created for that bug MIFOS-3930
