Issue MIFOS-2651 introduced ability to waive interest on early repayment.
Early repayment amount for following scenario is not matching the total loan
amount displayed for the loan. Specifically, the fees amount does not match.
The loan is 9000 principal, with a 90.0 recurring account fee.
When doing early repayment with interest waived, Mifos tells me the amount
required is 9090.0 (make sense). However, once I repay 9090.0, the account
summary page shows amount paid of 9100.0 (principal 9000 and fees 100)
The account statement details shows a fee of 10.0 received. But where is this
fee coming from, and why doesn't the repayment match the amount paid?
