Found Bug when Changing Client's Group Membership to the same Group

Let us assume that I have the following information:
Center name : Test center.
Group name : Test Group.
Client name:Test client.
Description:If i try to change the group membership of a client to the same
group,i am getting an error.The error looks like as shown below:
Error message : "An unhandled error has occurred. Please contact your system
administrator."
Suggestion:Instead of getting an error,it will be nice to see a user friendly
message for the end user
like "your trying to tranfer client in to same group please select correct
group".
Steps :
1) Click on Client Name (ex :Test client)
2) Click on edit/remove group Membership link
3) Enter the same Group name to which above client belongs.
4) Enter submit button.
