While analyzing bug 3879, we identified that this is not really a bug, it is as
per the functional specifications. If entire question group is made inactive,
then questions within it are not visible on additional information page.
If only some questions within the question group are made inactive, but the
question group itself is active, then, even the inactive questions will be
visible.
However, we found another bug in this area.
Assuming there is a question group QG belonging to create client flow with
three questions Q1, Q2 and Q3.QG is in active state and 'is response editable'
field for this QG is set to yes. If Q2 is made inactive, then it is not asked
to the user during the create client flow. On the additional information page,
Q2 is visible but no response is available for it(as per functional
specifications).
But, when the user tries to edit the responses for this question group, he is
asked to fill in response for Q2 as well, which should not be the case.The user
should not be asked to respond to the inactive questions. This is a bug.
This was solved as part of 3879.
