In 1.6.x you can also try to adjust this 0.0 payment and you will receive the
same error. The only difference between 1.6.x and 1.7.x is in displayed value.
This is caused by the fix to MIFOS-3779 (Latest paid charge not available on
fee Apply adjustment). The fix would be very simple (override one method in
LoanBO class).
Moreover, I think we should also verify if savings adjustment work as before.
