I investigated the problem without much success.
Analyzing memory dumps gave a strange fact that most of the memory is occupied
by objects "not referenced but not yet freed". It means GC doesnt' do it's job.
It could be a bug in JVM.
The algorithm itself is hard to change because it loads big hashmaps into
memory and then operates on them. The objects must be connected to Hibernate
Session for further usage, so the Session's size is big and increases with time.
I reassign the issue to Jakub for further investigatiom.
