Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Create a Loan Product and apply a periodic fee to it
2. Create a loan account for the loan product
3. Once the loan account has been created view the loan details page.
Actual: the periodic fee is not reflected on : 1. Repayment schedule page 2.

Expected: The fees should get reflected in above pages.
