This is really an old issue :)
In description Adam Monsen (meonkeys) suggested "find out *if this is
relevant* and remove it, or possibly mark it as being deprecated in the
application file."
Deprecation should give warning log, and it should be removed from
applicationConfiguration.default.properties, relevant code should also be
removed.
Since it's related to report services, add more details after investigation how
this property was used, if there has been any change over two year.
