Upgraded 12/16/2010. One issue was resolved:

After updating the sites Thursday morning, the "linkit" button disappeared from
the editor toolbar. This has been fixed.
Analysis:
The site update included replacing the CKEditor module with the latest release.
The editor's configuration setting that adds the Linkit button to the editor's
toolbar is contained in a Javascript file in the module directory. Wallowing
in ignorance, when I replaced the module I wiped out the config setting.
Fix:
Re-added editor configuration information to the file
sites/all/modules/CKEditor/ckeditor.config.js, following instructions in
sites/all/modules/linkit/README.txt.

The site's core code and non-core modules were upgraded to their most current
stable versions as of 12/7. Since then there have been releases of core and
contributed modules, one addressing a security alert. The site should be
upgraded again ASAP.
