In Redo Loan flow, of a variable installment loan, in review installment page
validation are missing, for the following scenarios.
a) If payment date field is left blank when the corresponding payment amount
field is filled and preview is clicked.
b) If payment date filled are not in ascending order and preview button is
clicked.
