UI Design - can we change View Report to say Run Report? And have the buttons
look different? Also can Clear Report button only show up if the report has
actually been run? Also, move them all to its own line. So below parameter
selection is a row that would ideally say Run Report, and then Clear Report
only if there's a report to be cleared.
