Report date uses local machine language when the language was not selected
explicitely.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Change your locale to a non-standard one (for example to polish)
2. Log into sandbox
3. Run one of the reports
Expected: Report date uses English locale (or the other one used by Pentaho).
Actual: Report date uses your locale (i.e. there is displayed something like
'Report Date: 2011-sty-12 16:14:13')
