Centresource in their original build of the site built out a custom content
type, volunteer project. It was clunky, not well-built and I've since
abandoned it and created a more lightweight content type for volunteer projects
that allows me to use mifos.org as a easy to navigate and easy to browse
interface for volunteers searching for volunteer projects.
All the actual volunteer projects and their details are actually stored on
mifosforge on the wiki.
I've created a view with exposed filters to allow searching (this is working
fine - I have some requests to style changes that I'll not on a separate ticket)
The issue I'm having is with a view that I think is another one that is
configured manually via PHP - this is a view to display a list of volunteer
projects by type.
The issue I have is that the external URL I want them to access is getting
truncated in the output of this view. This external URL is a CCK field
(field_mifos_specialist) of the type, link -
http://mifos.org/admin/content/node-type/volunteer/fields/field_mifos_specialist
In the view it's format is "URL, as link"

Nothing is configured for character limits that I know of.
The links function fine without getting truncated in the view i have with
exposed filters.
