Attempting to run new report for SECDEP - PCFC(Test) on their Jasper server,
causes the following HTTP error:

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /secdep/flow.html.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

Please investigate to see if you can determine from the logs what is going on
or where the issue is. When we run the old version of the report (PCFC), it
returns successfully. Trying to figure out what's wrong in the new report.
