Changing headers for PPI Questions Groups doesn't work

(*) Log into test server
(*) Click to Admin tab / View Question Groups
(*) Select a PPI Question group and click "Edit Group" (ie, PPI Survey India)
(*) Notice that the header for the Question group is "Misc"
[This looks pretty lame when you're applying the QG to the client
(*) Change Misc to something else, like "PPI Survey Questions"
(*) Click Submit
(*) Return to Question Group page-- notice that the Misc title remains
