Description:
Running with sample data and comparing the Loan Officer Detailed Report to the
Branch Progress BIRT report, noting that no arrears or principal outstanding
amounts are showing for the pentaho report.
Data in sample data base is quite old, so most reports should be in arrears.
attaching copy of both reports and data sets.
When the data is unavailable, a blank row should be displayed instead of 0.
Moreover, report totals should show a correct values even if there are blank
rows in the report.
