for example of code calling API to create groups and clients with activation
date in past resulting in customer schedule being generated from legal past
dates. (i.e. as if you manually added group and client and activated them on
given day 6th-Dec-2010, yet the created date field clearly shows it happened on
19-jan-2011 or whatever day the API was executed.
