1) Recurring fee of 37 applied to 0002-000000043 between meetings on 1/24
2) Apply payment of 37 on 1/24
Expected:
Amount Due is cleared out to 0 until next meeting.
Actual:
0 is shown on Client Overview page, but if you click onto Client Charges page,
charge of 37 is shown
