Fixed: Data Warehouse does now handle removing group membership from a client
Wont Fix: Data Warehouse does not handle adding a group hierarchy back into a
center. This was an added item to the original issue because its a similar
type of problem. Won't fix because its unlikely to happen as mifos is meant to
run either with center hierarchy or without (trapdoor option). I can make it
happen by toggling the trapdoor centerhierarchyexists configuration between
true and false. If it does happen, there's no major problem except that
figures will look as if the group was always within the center.
