I wasn't able to reproduce this problem during my testing. Reassigning to
Tejus for clarification.
If you look at account 000100000000392 on http://ci.mifos.org:8100/mifos.
Steps I took:
1. created a next repayment holiday on 16 Feb
2. created a new loan product called "declineBal1"
3. created new loan account # 000100000000392 with meetings on Wednesdays. In
reviewing the loan repayment schedule, note that two payments (payments 3 and
4) are due on 23-Feb-2011.
