can somebody let me know if the below assumptions are correct.
loan disbursed today (Wed 26th jan 2011)
Meeting.weekly.every.1.week.on.wednesday: first installment should be Wed 2nd
feb 2011, then every 1 week
Meeting.weekly.every.2.week.on.wednesday: first installment should be Wed 2nd
feb 2011, then every 2 weeks
loan disbursed before meeting date (Mon 24th jan 2011)
Meeting.weekly.every.1.week.on.wednesday: first installment should be Wed 26th
jan 2011, then every 1 week
Meeting.weekly.every.2.week.on.wednesday: first installment should be Wed 226th
jan 2011, then every 2 weeks
NOTE: when disbursing before meeting date, the first installment should be the
closest meeting date (the fix for this bug)
Question: For a bi-weekly frequency, should the first installment start from
closest matching day to disbursement or should the first installment be 'as
near to 2 weeks' from disbursement date?
