Resolution: Fixed
Implemented option a) just remove underscores for PPI line columns.
I initial capped the column headings (left the PPI Line columns though,
hopefully thats good enough)
Also added lots of test data and restricted the MFI's survey to just the 'PPI
Bangladesh 2009' survey.
Data goes from 2008/01/01 thru to about 2011/01/01
