Clean up Sandbox so 1.0 folder only has reports that are in 1.0, also remove
them from the branch

I find that this is becoming more and more confusing for me, as I have to keep
referring to the 1.0 release page to see what's actually in 1.0.
Can we remove the irrelevant reports from the 1.0 folder on the sandbox and
also from the branch?
