Please Note: This story should be done in a separate branch as at the end of
it, push cannot be done to the centralized source control.
*Tasks* (Following tasks are already done in spike, a code merge and rerun
would be required.)
Find the union of all input test data.
Remove the setup and tear down of data in the acceptance which use dbUnit to
setup or clean the data.
Change the build script to include the new acceptance test data sql file.
