There is an issue related to importing transaction when client has two loan
accounts with the same loan product and one of them is closed.
Repro:
1. Set transaction order for loan product in properties file.
2. Start Mifos.
3. Go to Client details page (select client with two loan accounts which both
have the same loan product which was configured in properties file).
4. Check that both loan accounts are disbursed.
5. Repay one loan account.
6. Go to 'Admin' tab.
7. Click on 'Import transactions' link.
8. Select xls file with repayment transaction for second one of previously
selected loan accounts.
9. Click 'Review' button.
Expected result:
There are no errors related to that transaction and import can be successfully
continued.
Actual result:
An error message appears: 'Row <#> error - <Receipt ID> - No valid accounts
found with this transaction'
