Periodically Pressflow updates its distribution with enhancements and bug
fixes, and similarly for contributed modules. The mifos.org/mifos.com
installation should be upgraded on a regular schedule, say monthly.
When the core or a contributed module is upgraded to fix a security exposure,
we should upgrade ASAP to pick up the fix.
