It is impossible to make payment to Client.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos (test server: http://ci.mifos.org:8120/mifos or
http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos).
2. Go to 'Clients & Accounts' tab.
3. Search for any existing Client.
4. On the Client Details page, click on 'View details' link in 'Client charges'
section.
5. Click 'Apply payment'.
6. Enter amount and select payment mode.
7. Click 'Review transaction' button.
Expected result:
Next page appears and and it is possible to submit changes.
Actual result:
'Review transaction' button is disabled and it is impossible to click on it and
to continue.
