Date field in all report filters doesn't have date format validation.
Repro:
1. Open for example Due vs Collected by Branch report.
2. Enter in 'End date' field (without using date picker) the following date:
20111-024-2644
Expected result:
Validation message appears and it is impossible to continue until the date is
changed.
Actual result:
There is no validation message. Report is displayed with date: 20120-02-26
