Description: Fix first group of acceptance tests. (was: The all
encompassion data set creation program ignores certain db unit data sets. This
stories deals with those functional tests. These data sets are ignored because
the data set is really large. These also deal with reporting kind of
functionality. If we are going to deprecate these tests then we don't need to
fix them else we can use the following approach to fix the test.
Setup smaller set of data and add it to the union sql file manually and run the
