The data on the 8120 test server reset, so I've edited the repro steps above to
reflect the new account number. Also, I've attached screenshots. For this
scenario, I created two question groups and applied only one question group to
the loan product used for this account. During creation, the one QG shows up.
Then when viewing additional details, I see both QG's.
