Loan Creation: Fee % shown as amount in review page

A fee is defined as 1% of disbursed amount:
New loan created with amount as 5,000.
During the loan creation process, in the review loan page:
In 1.6.1, the fee amount used to get listed as 50
But in 2.1, the fee amount gets listed as 1.0
This is confusing to the user. Would be good to list it as "50" or as "1%"
In the loan details page (after creation of loan), it gets listed as 50
