It is impossible to create Group Loan account when GLIM and LSIM are enabled
and when 'Purpose of Loan' is not defined.
REPRO:
1. Enable LSIM and GLIM in database.
2. Login to Mifos.
3. Make sure that 'Purpose of Loan' is not set as mandatory field (on 'Define
mandatory/hidden fields' page).
4. On 'Clients & Accounts' page, click on 'Create new Loan' link.
5. Search for any group and select one.
6. On 'Enter Loan information' page, enter necessary information.
7. Select GLIM client and enter amount but don't define 'Purpose of Loan'.
8. Click 'Continue' button.
9. On 'Review installments' page, click 'Preview' button.
EXPECTED RESULT:
'Preview Loan account' page appears.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Page with stack trace appears and it is impossible to continue.
