When Group has meetings once in 2 weeks then it is possible to select Loan

Repro:
1. Login to Mifos (LSIM is disabled).
2. Click 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select any Client or Group which has meetings once in 2 weeks.
4. On the next page with Loan product selection, see that all Loan products are
available to select.
Expected result:
Only Loan products which have meetings once in 2 weeks should be available to
select.
