Release G - Iteration 7
The applied patches werent used to implement this improvement. When rewriting
using new ui, we create new properties in loan_messages.properties and this is
used for loan creation/redo process.
If the 'source of fund' singular still exists anywhere on UI of application
then we can either create new 'issue' to fix this when redoing that part of UI
